Bríd lives an itinerant life traveling the coastlines of Ireland. Since her son's suicide she searches the beaches and inlets of the Atlantic for remnants of his clothing. Her grief has turned the sea into something to be hated. As she trawls the discarded refuse she makes a discovery that will force her to confront her past.
